Products Photos are 100% actual product shoot however there’ll still be minor differences due to monitor’s resolution.
Please double check everything before checking out, we couldn’t make changes once your order is confirmed and will not bare any wrong information given to us.
No combine orders is allowed, one order equals to one parcel. Separate orders doesn’t provide free postage if each of it doesn’t reach the amount of rm100.
Discount code will only be valid when you input the code before checking out, once order is confirmed you can not do any changes nor refund.
Please note that by adding items into your cart, it does not signify you have successfully purchased the items. Items is secured upon submission of payment. Bank Transfer Option must verify payment within 6 hours to secure item, if not order will be cancel. Please send us receipt via email or facebook message if chose to bank in by ‘Direct Bank Transfer’

All the payments will be verified within 24 hours.
Upon payment verification, orders will be shipped out within 2 working days. Courier will deliver the parcel within 2 working days.
If you realised something wrong with your order right after you check out please contact us immediately.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. In case of item defects, Incorrect item sent, please inform us by taking a snapshot of the defective area / item and send it to us to our email firstname.lastname@example.org
Item must be mailed back within 7 days upon our approval. also, provide us the tracking number of the parcel.
Please be noted that We do not take the responsibility if there’s any late responses. Items should be returned new, unused, and with the original packaging and invoice.
We will send you an email notification once your return is received and inspected. We will also notify you the approval or rejection of your refund.
Upon approved, your refund will be processed and the refund amount will be credited to your account via store credit only. Cash refund is applicable for Faulty Product only.
Customers are required to bear the shipping costs for any returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You are responsible for all goods sent until they arrive back to us. please ensure to pack the goods well to prevent damages. All returns must be sent using PosLaju or other express courier that provides tracking service. Please retain your tracking number until the process is completed, and Dewy Mellow is not responsible for any lost in the return delivery process.
After you placed your order, we will reserve your goods for a maximum period of 6 hour until we receive your payment.
