Registering with us helps speed up the ordering process for you, as we would already have your billing and shipping details. It also allows you to keep track of your current and past order, payment status & tracking number. However, you may still checkout as a guest. Do note that you will be unable to find your tracking number and order details at our store without registering as a member with us. You will still be able to find the above information in your mailbox.

We have very limited ready stocks, you can place items into your wishlist so it will be easier for you to track the item while it’s been restock. However some items will not be restock.

All transactions are made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via Paypal, a payment gateway that accepts credit cards, debit cards.

Online Bank transfers and Bank In are accepted. Forward the bank slip transaction details to us as proof of payment. We will proceed accordingly after payment confirmation.

Yes, When you pay with PayPal, your financial information is never shared with the seller, and you can pay using only your email address and password.

You will receive your orders within 1-3 working days once payment is confirmed.

Prices for products that are eligible for discounts will be adjusted automatically upon check out.

Please note that no changes can be made to the order or the delivery address after the order has been placed.

You will receive your orders within 3 working days. Pickups or CODs services are not available at the moment.

Items must be mailed back within 3 days upon receipt. Items have to be posted to us within 7 days upon our approval. Also, provide the tracking number of the parcel to us.

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. In case of item defects, incorrect items sent, please inform us by taking a snapshot of the defective area / item and send it to us to our email

Please be noted that we do not take the responsibility if there are any late responses.  Items should be returned new, unused, and with the original packaging and invoice.

We will send you an email notification once your return is received and inspected. We will also notify you the approval or rejection of your refund.

Upon approved, your refund will be processed and the refund amount will be credited to your account via store credit only. There’ll be no cash refund.
